Meet Our Team!
I am the Editor-in-Chief here at iOS Doc and an Apple fan since 2007 when the first iPhone model was released in the US. I bought my first iPhone 2G from a friend who switched back to Nokia, and fell in love instantly. Since then I managed to own all iPhone models (never sold them), as well as three iPads so I can help you with all of them. I spend most of my time reading news, writing reviews and testing apps. I am also the only iOS Doc member that has managed to run out of disk space only three weeks after buying my 64GB iPhone 5.
My name’s Alex, I am a founding member of iOS Doc and I’m crazy about technology.I always try to get my hands on all the newest gadgets and I do my best to write unbiased articles. Although not a company’s fanboy and I enjoy all kinds of operating systems and gadgets, made by different companies, I tend to have a particular taste for Apple technology. I am using iOS, Mac, Android, Windows and Ubuntu at the moment.
Passionate about technology, I am the kind of guy that likes to feed his gadget and tech obsessions by being up to date with the latest news. Here at iOSDoc I will be providing you with the latest in iOS (and more) news, while passing each new gadget through the looking glass. Whether by reviews, comparisons or tips, I will try to keep you up to date and help you have an informed opinion on modern technology. With a steadily increase in competition between Apple and other manufacturers, this is a time of great innovation and I hope you will discover the future with us.
My name is Allen, I’m in my 30′s and I love everything about technology. I’m passionate about operating systems and gadgets and like to test anything POSIX-compatible. I’m especially interested in the Apple ecosystem and the way they deploy their business model. I’m also interested in tablets (be they Android or iOS-based), eInk technology and eReaders. I have worked as an IT journalist for several years in both printed and online magazines and have followed closely the strides Apple made first with their Macintosh series and later on with the iPod devices they launched. I find there’s a certain beauty in the simplicity of the binary machine language and find the synthetic jungle easy to navigate.
I’ve never been good at writing about myself, but I can tell you this much: had I been born in the late 1970s, Apple would have had me at their first “Byte into an Apple” advertising slogan. As most 26 year olds, I live and breathe technology and could not make it through the day without my iPhone, its apps and features. I feed myself on the latest news and developments in the field and aim at introducing them to you in the most concise and informative manner. Stick with me here at iOS Doc and let’s get updated!
I never really was into technology, until I bought myself an Apple device. Now I simply can not live without my iPhone. I have everything I need within its apps and its features.
